Mr Christian Kazamias has been in ITC for 33+ years and is consider a Smartphone pioneer by his peers. He has worked in all facets of the Value change starting as a Computer Programmer, then moved into Computer Operations, IT Distribution, Sales at Corporate, Retail and OEM licensing. He has worked for large multi-nationals and iconic brands including: Microsoft, Optus, Dell, NEC, Allianz and Qantas.
Mr Kazamias saw the Mobile revolution coming and in 1998 started promoting Mobile PCMCIA (PC Cards designed for Laptops. In 1999, he branched out and led a start-up called cc2GO Wireless Technologies that build the World’s First GPS enabled Smartphone Operating system and GSM enabled Smartphone here in Australia in 2000.
He also created the world’s first Bluetooth Human Interface Device drivers for Smart-phones enabling Bluetooth keyboards, mice, remotes and game controllers to interact wirelessly in 2003 when styluses were used on Mobile devices and identified security risks in both Bluetooth and WiFi at created Ant-Spyware for Smart phones.
Today the start-up is part of cc2GO Group who work with Corporates, Government and OEM clientsand focuses on Wearables, IIoT/IoT, Integrated Telephony and Messaging, Home Automation and Connected Cars and is focused on Numbering these key areas with an Industry standard called Universal Personal Telephone (“UPT”) Numbers and he will be sharing how these will impact Smart Cities today and in the future.
